AI AUTOMATION FOR UAE BUSINESSES

Automation measured in hours, not demos

Every UAE business has been pitched AI this year. The ones seeing a return started with a process that is repetitive, rule-heavy and already documented, then measured the hours it consumed before and after. Lunet works the same way: pick one process, prove the saving in six weeks, and only then widen the scope. Models run inside the UAE region or your own tenancy and are never trained on your data.

WHERE IT PAYS BACK FIRST

Six processes we automate most often

Document processing
Invoices, delivery notes, trade licences and passports read, validated against your records and posted into the ERP without rekeying.
Support triage
Incoming email and WhatsApp triaged, routed and answered from your own documentation, with a human handover the moment it matters.
Quotations
Enquiries turned into priced, formatted quotes from your catalogue and margin rules, ready for a person to approve and send.
Reconciliation
Statements, payments and receipts matched automatically, with only the genuine exceptions raised for review.
Knowledge assistant
Staff ask questions in English or Arabic and get answers drawn from your policies and manuals, with the source cited.
Reporting
Recurring reports assembled, checked for anomalies and circulated on schedule, so nobody spends Monday rebuilding a spreadsheet.
THE PILOT

Live in six weeks, or we stop

A fixed-scope pilot on one process, with the hours saved measured against a baseline taken in week one. If the numbers are not there, we say so and the engagement ends. If they are, you decide whether to scale.

Every pilot ends with a written measurement, not a slide deck.

SIX-WEEK PILOT · FIXED PRICE
WEEK 1
Baseline
The chosen process is timed and documented exactly as it runs today.
WEEK 2–3
Build
Model selection, prompt and rule design, integration into the systems you already run.
WEEK 4
Shadow run
The automation runs alongside your team and every output is checked against theirs.
WEEK 5
Tune
Edge cases handled and thresholds set for what escalates to a person.
WEEK 6
Measure
Hours saved, error rate and throughput reported against week one.
GOVERNANCE

Where your data goes, and where it does not

The first question every board asks is whether company data ends up training a vendor model. We design so that it does not, and the arrangement is written down before anything is connected.

No training on your data
Enterprise endpoints with training contractually disabled, or open models hosted inside your own tenancy.
Residency by design
Where PDPL or a client contract requires it, inference and storage stay inside the UAE region.
A human on consequential calls
Anything that moves money, changes a contract or affects a person is proposed by the system and approved by a named individual.
Full audit trail
Every prompt, source document and output logged, so a decision can be reconstructed months later.
FREQUENTLY ASKED

AI and automation questions

Will our data be used to train a model?+

No. We use enterprise endpoints where training on customer data is contractually disabled, or host open models inside your own cloud tenancy. Which approach applies is stated in writing before anything is connected.

Does it work in Arabic?+

Yes. Assistants, document extraction and support triage are bilingual by default, and Arabic output is reviewed by native speakers during the shadow run.

What does a pilot cost?+

Fixed price, scoped to one process, delivered in six weeks. The proposal states both the price and the measurement method, so the return is arguable on evidence rather than faith.

What if the automation gets something wrong?+

Confidence thresholds route anything uncertain to a person, and consequential actions always require approval. The shadow run exists to calibrate exactly where those lines sit.

Do we need to replace our current systems?+

No. Automation connects to the ERP, email and file storage you already run. Replacing systems to enable AI is usually a sign the scope has drifted.

Will this replace staff?+

In practice it removes the parts of a role nobody wanted: rekeying, chasing and reconciling. Every client so far has redeployed the time rather than the person.

One process. Six weeks. Measured hours back.

Tell us the task your team dreads most and we will tell you whether it is a good first pilot.
