Three ways in, none of them a twelve-month leap
Sector-specific IT support across the UAE
A trading company's month-end, a clinic's patient data and a contractor's site offices each need a different kind of IT partner. We have run all three.
Choosing an IT services provider in Dubai
Can we take only one service instead of everything?+
Yes. Each of the ten services is available on its own, and roughly half our clients start with a single project. The managed agreement exists because clients asked for one invoice and one accountable team, not because services are bundled by force.
What does the free IT assessment actually cover?+
Full inventory of devices, licences, circuits and cloud tenancies; a security review covering MFA, patching, backup and firewall configuration; and a network measurement across a working week. You receive the written report and risk register regardless of whether you proceed.
How do you price managed IT services in the UAE?+
Per user per month, with the security and cloud scope driving the rate. Typical UAE SMBs land between AED 150 and AED 350 per user. Hardware and project work are quoted separately so the recurring fee stays clean and comparable.
Do you work alongside an existing IT manager?+
Frequently. The internal manager keeps ownership of business relationships and priorities while Lunet provides the 24/7 desk, security operations, out-of-hours cover and specialist skills that one person cannot reasonably hold alone.
Which service should we start with?+
Whichever is costing you most right now. If staff lose hours to recurring faults, start with managed support. If you have no EDR or MFA, start with security. The assessment ranks these by measured cost so the decision is not a guess.
