Most IT problems are the same problem twice
When we started, the pattern across Dubai was consistent: a business paid for reactive support, the same faults returned every few weeks, and nobody was measuring anything. Fixing symptoms was profitable for the provider and expensive for the client.
We priced ourselves the other way round. A fixed monthly fee means a recurring fault costs us money, so the incentive is to find the cause and remove it. Every client sees a baseline in week one and a monthly report against it from then on.
Four commitments, written into every agreement
On the ground across the Emirates
Most tickets are resolved remotely within the hour. When a visit is needed, we are on site the same day in Dubai and next day across the northern emirates.
Engineers by discipline
Lunet is weighted towards delivery. Most of the team hold current certifications and spend their week on client estates rather than in internal meetings.
About working with Lunet
How long has Lunet been operating in the UAE?+
We have supported businesses through the introduction of VAT, the shift to cloud and remote work, and the tightening of UAE data protection and SIRA requirements, which is the practical experience most of our clients are buying.
What size of business do you support?+
Typically twenty to five hundred staff. Below that, targeted project work usually serves better than a full managed agreement; above it, we work alongside an internal IT team rather than replacing it.
Do you replace our in-house IT team?+
Only if that is what you want. Many clients keep an internal IT manager and use Lunet for the 24/7 desk, security operations and specialist projects, which removes the single point of failure of one person holding all the knowledge.
What happens if we want to leave?+
Documentation, credentials, asset registers and configurations are yours and are handed over in full. Our contracts do not hold data or licences hostage, which is also why we have to keep earning the renewal.
Are you a reseller or a service company?+
Both, in that order. Procurement exists because clients asked us to handle it, but the business is built on the managed service. We publish the channel and warranty term on every quoted item so the margin is visible.
