How fast do you respond to an IT issue?+
The SLA guarantees a 15-minute response from a named Dubai engineer, 24 hours a day. Critical incidents such as a suspected breach or a site outage are worked immediately; automated threat containment happens within 90 seconds regardless of the hour.
Can you take over from our current IT company without downtime?+
Yes. Onboarding runs in parallel with your existing provider over roughly four weeks. We inventory the estate, deploy monitoring and security first, fix recurring faults at the root, and only then complete the handover. Your staff keep working throughout.
Is your CCTV work SIRA compliant?+
We design every CCTV system to the Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA) manual: camera grades, pixel density, recording retention and a dedicated security network. Lunet is not itself a SIRA-approved company, so where your premises need a SIRA-approved installer or plan submission, we tell you at the survey stage, before anything is quoted.

It can. Microsoft Azure operates UAE North and UAE Central and AWS operates me-central-1 in Dubai. Where the PDPL, a regulator or a client contract requires in-country residency, we design for it and provide the evidence. Our AI automation runs inside the UAE region or your own tenancy and is never trained on your data.
