Transformation fails when it starts with a product
The projects that stall are the ones that began with a licence purchase and worked backwards to find a problem. The ones that succeed begin with a measured picture of how work actually flows today, which steps consume the most hours, and where information is rekeyed from one system into another. That picture is cheap to produce and it decides everything that follows.
The diagnostic
Over two to four weeks we sit with the people doing the work, map the processes that matter, inventory the systems and the data they hold, and measure volumes and cycle times. Where we already monitor the estate we use that evidence rather than relying on what the org chart says. At the end you own a document that describes your business as it is, whether or not you continue with us.
- Process maps for the flows that carry the most volume or the most risk
- System and data inventory, including the spreadsheets that quietly run things
- Integration map showing where data is rekeyed or reconciled by hand
- Hours and cost attached to each significant manual step
- Compliance review against UAE VAT, e-invoicing and data protection duties
The roadmap
Every opportunity we find is written up with the hours it consumes today, what it would cost to change, how long it would take and what it returns. Then the list is sorted by payback. Sometimes the top item is an ERP implementation. Just as often it is a two week automation that removes a reconciliation nobody had questioned in years.
Sequenced so the business keeps running
We plan in waves, each one small enough to deliver and prove inside a quarter. Every wave has a measurable before and after, an owner inside your business and a rollback position. Nothing is switched off until its replacement has run in parallel and produced the same numbers.
Where the work usually lands
- Moving the system of record onto Odoo or ERPNext with FTA compliant invoicing
- Automating document handling, approvals and management reporting
- Consolidating file shares and collaboration into Microsoft 365
- Replacing manual reconciliation between finance, stock and operations
- Building reporting that finance and operations both trust
- Raising security and backup to the level the new systems require
Change that people accept
Technology is the smaller half. We write the procedures, train the people who will use the system daily, run a support desk through the first month after each go live, and keep the old process available until the new one has earned its place. Adoption is measured, not assumed.
Book the diagnostic
The diagnostic is a fixed fee piece of work with a defined output and no obligation to continue. Most clients recover its cost in the first automation it uncovers. Tell us which part of the business frustrates you most and we will scope it.
