Why office wireless fails in Dubai
Almost every weak wireless network we are called to in Dubai has the same three causes. Access points were placed where there happened to be a cable, not where a survey said. Glass partitions, foil backed gypsum and lift shafts were never modelled. And the 2.4 GHz band was left wide open, so every neighbour on the floor competes for the same three usable channels. None of that is fixed by buying a stronger access point.
A survey before a single access point is ordered
We start with a predictive survey built from your floor plan, with wall materials and ceiling heights entered as they actually are. For sites where accuracy matters, a warehouse, a clinic, a trading floor, we follow it with an on site survey that measures real signal, noise and interference level by level. The output is a heat map, an access point count and a channel plan you can hold us to.
Design for the devices you actually run
Density matters more than coverage in a modern office. A meeting room with fourteen people on video calls needs a different design from a warehouse aisle with six handheld scanners. We size the design around concurrent clients, application mix and roaming behaviour, then set minimum data rates, band steering and airtime fairness so slow devices cannot hold the cell back.

Cable outlives every switch and access point you will ever buy, so it is worth doing once. We install Cat6, Cat6A and fibre backbones to ANSI TIA and ISO IEC standards, label every outlet at both ends, and hand over certification results for each link rather than a promise that it works.

How a project runs
Most Dubai fit outs give IT a narrow window between joinery finishing and staff moving in. We plan backwards from your occupancy date, agree containment routes with the fit out team early, and stage switches and access points fully configured before they reach site. On handover day the network is live, documented and monitored, not a stack of boxes waiting for a visit.
